Stay safe with care at home
We have recently experienced a significant and unprecedented public health situation with COVID-19. It is our duty as one of Surrey’s leading homecare providers to update the community on what you can do to stay safe and vigilant. This is also an opportunity to share what Trinity Homecare are doing to help ourselves and those around us in Surrey and surrounding areas.
At Trinity Homecare, our number one priority is the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, their families and the wider community. However, we do also understand that for some, regular assistance is necessary; which is why our companionship care service and visiting care service are still running with extra precautions in place. Our live-in care service is also running as usual and has been noted as the safest form of care, particularly with the high transmission rates within care homes.
We would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that we are doing all we can to keep our clients safe, and we are taking our responsibility in this difficult period very seriously with extreme precautions put in place.
Vaccinated home care staff
At Trinity Homecare, we are delighted to have vaccinated the majority of our staff, in conjunction with the vaccination rollout in the UK. Nearly all of our active visiting and live-in care workers have had both vaccination doses against COVID-19, giving you and your loved ones complete peace of mind.

For many people, their home is a place that brings comfort, familiarity and above all else, happiness. For us, providing care is not just about ensuring that an individual is in good physical health, but also mentally in a good place. This is one of the key reasons that we believe care at home is a great alternative to a residential home or nursing home.
