Trinity Homecare is actively inviting home care providers to become part of our Partnership Referral Program. We have already formed affiliations with reputable home care providers throughout England, and we are keen to expand this professional network.
Our shared goal is to ensure that clients can continue to reside in the comfort of their homes while receiving the utmost dedication and support, enhancing their quality of life and improving health outcomes.
We are confident that by uniting our efforts, we can enhance the level of care we offer to our valued clients, particularly those requiring live-in care for respite, temporary or ongoing support. This collaboration also aims to minimise hospital readmissions and the need for transitioning clients to a care home.

How you can help
Trinity Homecare is actively inviting home care providers to participate in our Partnership Referral Program, to provide support and coverage with the 2-hour break for our live-in carers.
Additionally, we are keen to refer visiting care clients to partners in our Partnership Referral Program whenever Trinity Homecare receives enquiries from areas beyond our geographical coverage or during periods of seasonal constraints when our carers capacity is limited.
As a home care provider, you may or may not offer live-in care services to your clients. In situations where live-in care is not among the services you provide, we kindly request your consideration of referring new or existing clients who require live-in care to Trinity Homecare.
If you already offer live-in care support, there may still be instances when you are unable to meet specific requirements. Factors such as rapid mobilisation, hospital discharges, or evolving client support needs and complexities may surpass your capacity.
In such cases, Trinity Homecare collaborates closely with the referring home care provider, the client, and their families to ensure an uninterrupted delivery of care.
We work in cooperation with the referring home care provider to facilitate the daily provision of 2-hour breaks for live-in carers. This promotes the continuity of relationships between carers and clients while generating consistent revenue for both parties.
