If you know someone who’s looking to start their journey in the care industry, we offer you the opportunity to earn extra money in your pay for successful referral. All of these points collected are then converted to money, meaning you can start earning extra straight away; £350 for each successful candidate you refer to us.
Developing our teams through referrals is an important way that we find new members of our Trinity team who share our values and have the dedication to live these values every day by making a real difference to peoples’ lives.
Referring someone to us is simple, simply give them our details and email our recruitment team (the referral email address will be shared Trinity staff).
Only existing members of Trinity staff and Trinity carers can refer a friend.

If the referred individual is successful in starting with us, when they are paid their first wage, you will be paid £350.
There is no limit to the number of people you can refer, so you can keep earning. They might be friends of friends, old colleagues or simply people you have met whom you think could make a difference every day for our clients and could become a great carer.
