We are delighted to announce that Trinity Homecare Group has completed the acquisition of Kirkwood Care, a high quality domiciliary care business based in Guildford, Surrey.
By joining forces with Kirkwood Care in Guildford we are able to extend our services to include hourly care at home (sometimes referred to as domiciliary care) and complex care. We plan to rename the agency to Trinity Care at Home T/A Trinity Homecare from January 2014, this being the legal entity that will deliver all of our Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered activities.
We are delighted to welcome the Kirkwood Care team into the Trinity Homecare family and extend our services with immediate effect to provide hourly care at home in the Guildford, Woking, Epsom & Ewell areas.
