Trinity Homecare is in the top 3%!
Trinity Homecare has received wonderful news from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who monitor, inspect and regulate health and social care services across England.
Latest figures calculated from The Care Quality Commission (CQC)* show that just three per cent all adult social care services have achieved its coveted ‘outstanding’ rating.
Trinity Homecare achieves an ‘Outstanding’ CQC Rating
We are delighted to tell you that Trinity Homecare has joined this coveted group and been awarded an overall rating of ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC following our recent inspection. This sets us apart from the vast majority of other home care providers.
Trinity Homecare Outstanding CQC Rating Report
The CQC report said Trinity Homecare “demonstrated exceptional responsiveness to the needs of people and their relatives”. Care records were identified as being “highly personalised” and Trinity Homecare was “exceptionally flexible in meeting people’s rapidly changing needs to ensure they remained in their homes rather than in health or social care settings”.
The report said that there was “outstanding leadership at the service” and “the provider was exceptional in its commitment to the training and development of staff”.
Mike Smith, Managing Director, said;
“Only 3% of adult social care providers in England receive an ‘Outstanding’ rating from the CQC* and this award would not have been possible without the hard work, dedication and commitment of managers and staff at Trinity Homecare to ensure the support we provide every single day is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led. We have continued to invest in the quality of our support to our clients, their families and our front line care workers throughout this challenging period of funding for providers and commissioners.
I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank our amazing managers and staff, as well as the people we support, their families and carers who generously give their time to support Trinity Homecare’s continuous improvement and development.”
Recognition for our outstanding team
Derek Brougham, Head of Operations, said;
“The Outstanding rating from the CQC follows closely on from the exceptionally positive feedback we recently received from our Customer Satisfaction and Staff Engagement surveys. Over the past 18 months we have rolled out some really ambitious projects – developed in collaboration with people we support, their families and our staff – to further improve the quality of support we provide and ensure our service is highly responsive. I am delighted that our team have received the recognition that they deserve.”
