At Trinity Homecare, we believe all of our staff are heroes. Our home carers are exceptional in everything they do and of course, they only learn from the best!
Our Learning and Development Manager, Marissa, has been with the company for over ten years and has worked her way up from being a home carer. Her consistently positive attitude, determination, and hard work really makes a difference to the training we offer and we are so proud to have her as a key team member!
Our Homecare Training Achievements
At Trinity, our training centre is approved by the NCFE and is headed up by Marissa. Since Marissa has become our learning and development manager, she has introduced a paperless training programme and incorporated innovating ideas into the business that keep Trinity at the forefront of our industry.
Marissa continues to contribute to the business by delivering exceptional training standards and maintains a healthy relationship with our Partner Nescott College. She has also put a Trinity stamp on our dementia training, which is in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Society. Taking the title of “Dementia Champion”, the training has clearly improved the specialist care we are able to provide to our new and existing clients.
More recently, Marissa has implemented flexible solutions for induction training which includes weekends. As she has been a carer in the past, she understands the value of time and her flexible training solution has had a very positive impact so far.
Our Future Homecare Training Plans…
With Marissa, there is never a dull moment. She brings constant joy to the office and is a fantastic addition to our ever-growing team. She is always on the go and already has plans to introduce training for our management team.
