On 19th April 2022 we acquired Halcyon Homecare, a regulated visiting care provider based in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
The team at Halcyon Homecare provided quality support enabling the elderly to continue remaining in the comfort of their own home. Halcyon Homecare are considered as a high quality care provider and have designed their management, processes, recruitment and training to reflect these high levels of service.
Their client base and head office was based in Maidenhead and provided visiting care in and around the SL6 postcode area. The incorporation of Halcyon Homecare means that we are now able to provide our award-winning visiting care service further afield.
Having never been rated less than ‘Good’ by the CQC, Halcyon Homecare’s consolidation into Trinity’s service model means their customers and carers are now going to benefit from Trinity’s ‘Outstanding’ rated management, procedures, safeguarding, training, guidance, communication, and technology.
Our values of being Personal, Trusted and Caring are shared by Halcyon Homecare. They always prioritised tailored care designed to meet a client’s personal needs. The carers, which we have transferred to Trinity Homecare, will benefit from the support Trinity provide to all of our staff, enabling development and support when needed. Halcyon Homecare prided themselves on only hiring individuals who demonstrate caring values, an interest in working with people, and a desire to be trained to a high level and regularly attend refresher training. Many of these carers are already trained to national NVQ (or equivalent) Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care and all can be trusted to provide the high level of care expected by our clients.
On 19th April, Halcyon Homecare became Trinity Homecare Maidenhead and part of the Trinity Homecare Group, a CQC ‘Outstanding’ homecare provider operating across the South East of England.
