At Trinity Homecare, our number one priority is the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, their families, and the wider community. We are working extremely hard to ensure we are able to operate as usual, whilst keeping our employees and service users safe during this difficult time.
We have been inundated with positive feedback and some very glowing reviews in the last couple of months. Whilst all of our reviews are available to view on our website, we want to share with you some of the great responses that we are receiving regarding the care that we are delivering.
Glowing reviews during COVID-19
Take a look at just a couple of reviews that we have received recently.
“I would like to thank everyone at Trinity for the care you provide to my lovely mum. Because I don’t live near by, everything fell on my sister. Thanks to all your wonderful carers who came to support and help my sister with our mums care. Now you are all putting your safety at risk to ensure our wonderful mum gets the care she needs and we cannot thank you all enough. Please all stay safe. Just like the other key workers, you are the absolute hero’s during this pandemic. Thank you all and lots of love always” – Anonymous
“I wanted to relay my thanks to the care team for looking after my mother Josephine so well, and in particular over the last two weeks since the lockdown when there have been a few challenges over and above the normal. Last week Laima tried to help me resolve issues with mum’s washing machine. I did end up calling in the repairman to fix it, but without Laima’s help, I wouldn’t have had a chance of getting it sorted. On Thursday, Frances raised that Mum’s toe was giving her pain and looked infected. Your team contacted the doctor and arranged for antibiotics to be left at the chemist for collection- a demonstration of excellent work. Thank you to Shona and team who arranged for medicines to be collected by Michelle. Through all of this, Shona remained in close contact with me. These incidents might appear small on their own, but when I am at best 180 miles away, and at worst 7000 miles away at my home in Malaysia small issues can easily and quickly become major. So please can you pass on a very big thank you from me to the team, not only for the support over the last couple of weeks but for the wonderful care and support from all of your carers. They are very much appreciated.” – Anonymous

I am extremely proud of all support functions for the support they are giving the care delivery, making sure we are getting everything we need to keep on going and keep on delivering the Outstanding service we are all so proud of.”
A message from Trinity’s Head of Operations, Derek Brougham:
“As we have all experienced in the past 4 weeks things are moving very quickly and sometimes it has been difficult to maintain a perspective and balanced view of the world. Through it all, I have been hugely proud of the character and commitment shown every day of the crisis by the whole Trinity team. We have lived our values and remain committed to supporting our frontline services clients and staff no matter what. The support you have provided every day to each other and your clients is a vital part of upholding the values and I want to thank you all for your patience and cooperation over the past 4 weeks in adapting to new rules and working practices. We will need to continue to remain responsive and be prepared to adapt to the unexpected, as we navigate through the COVID-19 crisis together. We are learning to adapt together, and by continuing to take individual responsibility and supporting one another, we will emerge from this enormous challenge stronger together.”
