With over 380 nominations, some made us laugh, some brought a tear to the eye, and all of the nominations gave wonderful examples of how our values of personal, trusted and caring resonate through everything we do here at Trinity Homecare. We truly do live our values.
With so many deserving winners, we have awarded an overall winner, our Betty Shorey Award winner, a winner for each service area (Office team, Daily homecare team & Live-in care team), and several special recognition awards.
We are delighted to announce that our overall winner for the Values Awards 2018 is…
Emily Timberlake!
With so much to commend her for, the nominations from Emily’s clients and colleagues were all truly heart-warming and described how “she always listens, takes time to talk and is very considerate of personal needs”, how “she always goes above and beyond” and how she “goes out of her way to make sure clients are happy”.

Last year, we introduced a new award as a legacy to Betty Shorey – a truly inspirational woman who brought joy to the lives of everyone who knew her.
This year, The Betty Shorey Award for Outstanding Care has been awarded to Pam Hatley for her longstanding commitment to care and endless compassion. Pam “treats everyone as an individual” and has “touches the hearts of everyone she encounters”.
