We are very proud to announce that Melony Fairchild, our Director of Care Services, has been named as a finalist for the Leaders in Care Award – Executive of the Year.
Melony has been in the care sector for approximately 18 years enjoying working in a variety of roles during her career. From being a Care Assistant, through to leading teams and holding registrations under Responsible Individual status as a Head of Service (Hourly), Melony’s experiences have given her a true understanding and appreciation for every aspect of working life when providing care. In her role Melony supports all the regulated care companies across the Trinity Homecare Group, with compassion and leadership.
Melony said
“I feel very humbled and honoured to have been nominated for such an award. I have a great team and I am very proud of their hard work and achievements particularly during the last 12 months which has been a challenging year with various spikes in Covid transmission as well as dealing with the pressures facing the industry around talent.”
Winners will be announced at a ceremony taking place at the NEC on Tuesday, 11th October 2022.
