As we continue to develop our home care services to support more people in new areas, our Trinity team is growing quickly and we’re excited to welcome new friendly faces to Trinity Homecare!
Melony joins us as our Head of Care (Registered Care Manager) after 14 years in the care industry and she will be an invaluable source of support for our Trinity team as we provide the highest standards of care and help our clients live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes.
Melony holds CQC Registered Care Manager status and will be overseeing all care teams and ensure that we provide a safe, effective, caring and responsive service.

“I have been in the care sector for approximately 14 years, with my care career taking off whilst working in Cardiff Drugs and Alcohol Rehabilitation Unit. Supporting people as they made positive changes in their lives was an immensely rewarding experience and my first role in the care industry was both insightful and inspiring. Since then, I have also enjoyed working in a variety of roles. From being a Care Assistant, through to leading teams and holding registrations under Responsible Individual status as a Head of Service (Hourly), my experiences have given me a true understanding and appreciation for every aspect of working life when providing care. I’m excited to begin my journey as Head of Care at Trinity. On a personal level, I have had a lot of experience with learning disabilities including Down Syndrome, Autism, Aspergers and ADHD.”
