Training and support
We’re committed to supporting our staff with opportunities for learning and development. Our training pathway is designed to support the development of our teams’ knowledge, skills and experience at all levels. From the initial induction training, to specialist care for medical conditions and management training opportunities, our training centre supports every member of our Trinity team. Our staff agree! 99% give our training and support a favourable ranking!

As an approved NCFE training centre, we actively encourage everyone to pursue their own journey with us and we provide pathways to industry-recognised qualifications.
