We are very proud to announce that Trinity Homecare are finalists of the prestigious LaingBuisson Awards Homecare category.
Competition was very tough with over 400 entries for the awards this year. The LaingBuisson awards have been coined the Oscars of health and social care and look to celebrate the very best businesses and individuals in the industry.
Our nomination included information on the recent NPS survey conducted (Net Promoter Scores) with 40% of our existing clients responding scoring us +33, as well as the rollout of TrinityConnect, a digital system which acts in the same way as paper records containing detailed information and real-time care notes.
Finally, it highlighted the complete review of our Employee Value Proposition that has been undertaken. Our main aim to be an employer of choice and to deliver better positive outcomes for our central office and care staff, in light of the post-Covid working world and our workforces shifting expectations as to how to manage their work life balance. The work is still ongoing but already we have made a huge amount of progress including Increasing all carers and office staff pay, doubling the rate at which we pay our carers for their car mileage, to reflect the squeeze on current cost of living standards and increasing everyone’s holiday entitlement by 25%, with birthdays off as standard.
